Bouygues Immobilier is planning to build a new residential estate in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. To go up on Batalionów Chłopskich street, Lumea will offer 140 apartments in two 4-story multi-family buildings. The units will range from 27 sqm to 109 sqm. The apartments on the upper floors will have balconies or loggias, while those on the ground floor will have gardens. Construction is scheduled to start this year with completion set for the second quarter of 2022. Bouygues Immobilier has been operating in Poland since 2001 and has since completed 45 projects in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław.
