Bouygues Immobilier’s latest residential project is Zajezdnia, a new scheme in Wrocław. The six-storey building will offer 200 apartments that range in size from size from 25 to 56 sqm. Most of the apartments will have balconies, and several of them will have gardens. The developers has designed a service area to be built on the ground floor while the car park will be situated underneath the building. Bouygues Immobilier has active investments ongoing in Warsaw and Poznań. Since 2001, the developer has completed 32 projects in Poland and a total of 5,000 apartments.
