Bouygues Immobilier Polska is planning to build an apartment scheme on Drobnera street in Wrocław’s city center. The seven-story Centreville building will include an underground car park as well as 10 service outlets on the ground floor. The top floor will offer eight two-level penthouses with terraces. The general contractor is Alfa-Dach. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020. Bouygues bought the plot in January, which includes the shell of an uncompleted building.
