Boża Krówka enters Polish housing market

16 October 2012

Boża Krówka is entering the Polish housing market with plans to increase the sales of struggling developers by lowering prices by PLN 4,000 per sqm. “There are residential properties in Warsaw where prices of flats are listed at PLN 10,000 per sqm, while the real prices of the flats are just PLN 5,000 per sqm,” said Krzysztof Oppenheim, head of Boża Krówka. “These are the prices we wish to offer developers who have problems selling their products at irrational prices.” According to Oppenheim, his company will offer units at prices 5 percent below the market average. Oppenheim has declined to discuss strategy details.
