In a transaction worth €12.5m, the Polish fund BPH TFI acquired the second phase of Ideal Idea Park III in Warsaw. Located on Działkowa street, near the airport, the 10,000 sqm warehouse facility is fully leased. BSWW Legal & Tax advised the seller.
This is the third acquisition on the Polish market for the domestic real estate fund in the past few years. It bought the 8,900 sqm Ideal Idea Park for PLN 33m in 2010 and Ideal Idea Park II for PLN 47m two years later.
