BPI Real Estate Poland has launched the sale of 183 apartments and 3 commercial units in the Czysta 4 investment in Wrocław, the company said.
“The investment responds to the needs of people looking for apartments close to various functions, services and amenities resulting from the proximity of the city. The project is intended for dynamic people who need easy and quick travel, usually without a car, and who value reducing their carbon footprint. Right now. We see a very high interest in the project, both among customers looking for a flat to live in and for investment, “said Wojciech Smolak, the director of the Sales and Marketing Department of BPI Real Estate Poland, quoted in the release.
Currently, the construction includes earthworks, and the completion of the investment is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024. The general contractor is CFE Polska, which belongs to the same Belgian capital group as BPI Real Estate Poland. The investment is entirely financed from the developer’s own funds.
