BPI Real Estate Poland is planning to start six new investments in Poland this year, which will provide approx. 70 thousand sq m. m2 of usable floor space in over 2,200 residential units, the company said. We are talking about projects in WrocĆaw, PoznaĆ, Tricity and Warsaw.
The developer is currently preparing to start construction projects in WrocĆaw at Czysta Street, PoznaĆ at Wagrowska Street and Gdynia at WzgĂłrze Bernadowo Street in the first half of the year. In the second half of the year, BPI Real Estate Poland plans to start an innovative large-city project which will be implemented in Ćazarz in PoznaĆ in cooperation with Revive. The next projects planned for this year will be located in Warsaw, the first of which is a residential investment at Chmielna Street in the city center. of the PRS sector in cooperation with the Acteeum company.
In the last case, the goal is to build a well-thought-out investment, assuming a block sale to an institutional investor. The planned building will include small units for short-term rental with common areas such as kitchen, laundry, games room and TV, a coworking room, gym and sauna.

We purchased several perfectly located plots of land, started design works on planned investments and enlarged our structures.
