BPI Real Estate has topped off the WolaRE and Rezydencja Barska residential projects in Warsaw. Going up on Ostroroga street in Warsaw’s Wola district, WolaRE will offer 231 apartments, ranging in size from 28 sqm to 83 sqm, on six floors. Rezydencja Barska, meanwhile, is underway on Białobrzeska street in the city’s Ochota district. The building will offer 57 apartments, including a 150-meter suite on the top floor. CFE Polska is the general contractor of both schemes. Construction started in 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
