BPO/SSC sector in Poland occupies 2 million sqm of new office space in Poland, JLL reports, as the country benefits from the sector’s dynamic growth in the coming years. “According to our estimates, the business services sector in Poland might require nearly 250,000 sqm of new office space each year,” says Mateusz Polkowski, head of research and advisory at JLL. The most recent figures from ABSL show the BPO/SSC sector has added 212,000 jobs so far to the Polish market, and the figure is expected to grow to 300,000 by the end of 2020. The BPO/SSC sector remains a key driver for the office sectors in cities outside Warsaw, according to JLL.
