BPT Optima sold two office projects in Poland to the Octava FIZAN fund for an undisclosed amount. Totaling nearly 20,000 sqm of office space, the buildings, Obrzeżna and Baltic Business Center, are located in Warsaw and Gdynia. The tenant mix includes names like Orange, Thomson Reuters and Pekao SA. JLL and Clifford Chance advised the seller, while Magnusson represented the buyer.
Optima is currently working on Młoda Miasto, which is set to bring 450,000 sqm of new commercial space to Gdańsk. The project will go up on a 22 ha plot located in the city’s downtown.
