A joint venture between Hollywood-based MG3 Developer and North Miami Beach-based Royal Senior Care Management has secured a $24.65 million construction loan for a senior living facility in Davie. The 180,000 square foot, $32 million project, the Oakmonte Village, will sit on a 8.6-acre site at on Stirling Road. The 199 senior living unit project will be dedicated to assisted living, catered living and memory care. The facility will include a pool, 235 seats of dining, a fitness center, a beauty salon and spa, and nursing rehabilitation rooms. Financing was provided by Branch Banking & Trust Co.
