Monument Real Estate Services has announced the addition of Brandon Skinner as regional manager for the South Florida area. With over 10 years experience in property management, Skinner’s new role will entail overseeing the firm’s south Florida portfolio of properties. Prior to joining Monument, Skinner served as a director of operations and regional manager for KPC Properties and was as a district manager at Carlisle Property Management.
Monument also announced that the firm has picked up six more apartment communities throughout South Florida. The properties include: Biscayne Shores, Midora at Woodmont, Shorecrest Manor, Sunset Palms, Park Plaza and Woodland Meadows. Miami-based Monument manages a portfolio of more than 12,000 multi family units in markets throughout the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S.
