The retail pipeline in the city of Brasov through 2015 currently stands at up to 65,000 sqm according to a recent DTZ Echinox study. But the list of schemes includes 7 new projects already announced, of which three of them have delivery dates before 2015.
One project to be delivered in Brasov in 2013 is the Coresi Shopping Center, developed by Immochan. It will be located on former industrial platform Tractorul.
Another recently announced project is a mall developed by NEPI that’s scheduled for 2014. The South African investment fund intends to make a new mall, combining Mobexpert Brasov, an existing strip mall and a Carrefour hypermarket.
Korona Mall, developed by Echo Investments on will be completed in 2015.
The other four projects are Corall mall, Riofisa Center (47,000 sqm developed by Riofisa & Tiriac Holding), IUS mall (41,000 sqm developed by Immoeast), and Roua Retail Park (Immoeast), but these do not have definite completion dates.
