VI Group launched flat sales at its Matadorka residential project in Bratislava’s Petržalka district. With a valid construction permit at hand, the developer plans to start work in the third quarter of 2017. The project is to go up in the city’s former Matador area at the Údernicka and Kopčianska street junction across from Vienna Gate. It will offer 335 flats in two connected buildings – a 29-story tower and a six-story house. Flats in Building B are currently on offer as well as units in the bottom six floors of the tower (Building A). Prices range between €1,700 and €1,900/sqm. Retail and services, including a kindergarten, will take 1,200 sqm on the ground floor.
