Estee Lauder’s newest distribution park, located in Cheb in the Czech Republic, has achieved the ‘Excellent’ rating as part of its BREEAM certification process. The building is lit with LED bulbs that are regulated to increase or decrease intensity according to natural light levels. The facility also responds to environmental concerns by offering a protected lizard area to enable the animals to warm themselves and to mate. Accolade is the investor in the project, which was developed by Panattoni Europe. Construction began halfway through 2017. Other tenants in the park include BWI and DHL.
