Brennan Investment Group and a client of Arch Street Capital Advisors LLC have acquired a 477,152 square foot single-tenant distribution facility in Canton, Georgia. No financial terms were disclosed. Located on Ball Ground Highway, the facility is 100 percent leased by Blenick, Inc, an on-line furniture retailer. In the last half of 2017, Brennan and Arch Street purchased 16 properties and 3.9 million square feet of industrial real estate across the country. “The acquisition of the Belnick facility was funded through our $300,000,000 net lease joint venture with one of Arch Street Capital Advisors’ institutional clients,” said Robert Vanecko, Brennan Investment Group’s Managing Principal and the head of the firm’s single-tenant, net lease division.
