Rockpoint Group has obtained a $160.5 million construction loan for its project Brickell Heights. The new scheme located at 850 South Miami Avenue will have two towers. Brickell Heights East, a 358 unit tower that’s more than 95 percent sold, and Brickell Heights West, a 332 unit tower that’s 40 percent sold. Prices start in the low $300’s per square foot for the smaller units and reach $500 per square foot. Unit sizes range from 600 square feet to 2,400 square feet for the penthouses. The east tower will include 35,000 square feet of office condos with a completion date of early winter 2017.
