Brickell Office Plaza disposes of Miami Sun Trust building

Brickell Office Plaza has sold the SunTrust building at 777 Brickell Avenue in Miami to a private South American investment group for $140 million. One of only four waterfront sites on Bricknell Avenue, 13 story building offers 288,485 square feet and is attached by walkway to an adjacent five-story parking garage. With major tenants like SunTrust, Truluck’s, and Quest Workspaces the building is 93 percent leased and was last sold in 2002 for $44.5 million.
