Bridge FTL LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners, has acquired a 17.5 acre industrial site in Fort Lauderdale for $12.45 million. Formerly a concrete pipe manufacturing plant, the new plans calls for the construction of 306,466 square feet of industrial space. The project will feature two buildings for users of 10,000 square feet and up with ceiling heights of 32 feet and rear-dock loading. The buildings, located at 2200 West Sunrise Blvd., are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2016. This project marks the company’s sixth development in South Florida over the past 18 months. The seller, A&N Properties, was represented by CBRE’s Tony Hoover.

“Our team has grown with fantastic opportunities in the South Florida market that bring new, state-of-the-art Class-A industrial and distribution buildings in a phenomenal growth market,” said Bridge Principal Kevin Carroll.
