Bridge Development Partners bought a 10.2-acre site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for $5.65m. The developer intends to build a 173,000 sq ft industrial park on the land, which will be named Bridge Point FLL Logistics Center. Plans call for two industrial buildings, with one spanning 92,000 sq ft and the other spanning 82,000 sq ft. The buildings will feature 32-foot clear ceiling heights and rear-dock loading. Located just north of I-595, across from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, the scheme is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
