Chicago-based Bridge Development has secured a $28.76 million construction loan to build the Bridge Point Crossroads East industrial park in Hialeah Gardens. The 420,989 square-foot two building complex will sit on a 28.2-acre site on N.W. 107th Ave. Bridge Development purchased the land for $10 million in 2014 and expects to complete the project in the fourth quarter of 2016.
