Email marketing firm Bridge Marketing has signed a 18,686 sqf lease in the Southpole building in Fort Lee, N.J. Located at 222 Bridge Plaza South, Bridge will take up the entire third floor of the Class A office building. The seven story, 108,000 sqf Class A office space stands at the foot of the George Washington Bridge at exit 73 off I-95 North. NAI Hansonās Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord in the transaction.
