MSG Marina Mile, an Aventura-based company managed by Saul Gilinski, has picked up a recently built industrial building in Dania Beach for $22.375 million. The 189,620-square-foot Bridge Point Marina Mile is located at 3400 S.W. 30th Ave. The seller, Bridge Development Partners, bought the 12.3-acre site out of foreclosure in 2013 for $6.75 million and obtained a $12.3 million construction loan from Regions Bank.
