The IT service provider brightONE took 1,500 sqm of office space on the eighth floor of Echo’s Oxygen project in Szczecin. The company already has two development centers in Poland.
Michał Żelski, senior leasing manager in the office and hotel department at Echo Investment, says the developer has had repeated successes with these types of tenants, having closed leases for its buildings with companies like Nokia Networks, IBM and Ericsson, which are present in our office buildings in Wrocław, Katowice and Warsaw. “Representatives of this industry are well-known for the fact that they expect top standards and have very high requirements when looking for new locations,” he said in a statement. “Oxygen, a building which was finished over four years ago, continues to meet expectations of new users.”
Oxygen is a modern 9-story office building located at the junction of Malczewskiego street and Wyzwolenia avenue. The facility offers more than 14,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Tieto Poland, Nordea Bank Polska, Enea, Vortex Polska and Medicover.
