Brikston Cooperatief UA, an investment fund registered in Hong Kong, bought an 84.99-percent stake in Ceramica Iasi for €10m. This is the company’s first investment on the Romanian market. The seller was Advent. Asia Debt Management, which owns Brikston Cooperatief UA, has more than $1.4bn assets under management. Ceramica Iasi announced earlier this month it plans to apply for a €12m bank loan to refinance existing loans.
