Vel Pitar, a leading bakery on the local market, in partnership with the real estate company Romarta, both controlled by Broadhurst Investment, are planning to develop a mixed-use project in Bucharest’s Berceni neighborhood. The project will include a 12-story block of flats as well as Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets. The two companies obtained the urbanism certificate last May.
