Broadtree Residential, an REIT managed by Broadstone Real Estate, has picked up a three-property multifamily portfolio. The company paid $137.5m for properties located in Baltimore and The Overlook in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Totaling 633 units, the communities were purchased from affiliates of Chesapeake Realty Partners. After closing, Broadtree now has a property base of nearly $350m, featuring eight communities totaling 2,181 units.
