Brökelmann broke ground on an aluminium and steel processing plant in Opole. The investment is going up on Arka Bożki street and will offer 18,500 sqm of warehouse and production space as well as 2,500 sqm of office. The cost of the investment is estimated at PLN 82m. The general contractor is Adamietz from Strzelce Opolskie, while the project is being managed and supervised by Axi Immo. Completion is scheduled for December.
