LandSouth Construction broke ground on a $32m apartment scheme in Jacksonville near the River City Marketplace. The new project, Broxton Bay, will feature 324 units in 15 three-story buildings on a 34 acre site. The project will include a swimming pool, recreation room, cyber cafe, fitness center and outside cabana area with a fire pit and gas grills. The developer, RCM Acquisitions, chose Forum Architecture and Interior Design to design the scheme. The new community will be managed by American Management Company.
