Michał Grabara was named associate director of the capital markets team at BSC Real Estate Advisors. He will be responsible for supervising buy-side and sell-side mandates in office, retail and industrial transactions. Grabara began his career at Deloitte, then moved to the capital markets at Knight Frank where he stayed for more than six years. Grabara joined BSC from Polski Holding Nieruchomości, where he led the acquisitions, valuation and analysis department.
BSC also appointed Filip Jankowiak director of Galeria Panorama in Poznań. He previously served as a technical manager at ECE Projektmanagement and was a regional manager at an international facility management company.
