27 September 2016

The law firm BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak took about 800 sqm of space in Warsaw’s Spektrum Tower office tower. The new tenant will move into the building in May, 2017. The company is relocating its Warsaw’s operations from Chmielna street. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented the tenant, while JLL acted on behalf of the landlord.

Located in central Warsaw, Spektrum Tower has undergone an in-depth renovation, after the owner/occupier TP S.A. sold the building to Europa Capital. The repositioning of the 28,000 sqm, 28-storey asset was completed in March 2015. The building, which offers 300 parking places, earned a BREEAM certificate last year.
