The Buccini/Pollin Group has closed on the acquisition of the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel for $46 million. Changing hands for just over $152,315 per room key, the 302-room property is located at 4440 West John Carpenter Freeway. The hotel recently underwent a $7 million upgrade to the lobby, guest rooms, while the Club lounge has been expanded and redesigned. The hotel is equipped. with a fitness center, outdoor pool, 25,000 square feet of meeting space and full-service business center. Situated within minutes of DFW Airport, the hotel is near the Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags Over Texas and AT&T Stadium. PM Hotel Group, a national hotel management company based in Washington, DC, will operate the hotel.
