The company with American shareholding Bucharest Properties REIT, a developer specialised in the niche of apartments exclusively for rent in Bucharest, has completed the second stage of the Vitan Estates residential complex, following an investment of EUR 10 million.
The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the Mihai Bravu metro station, on a plot of land with a total area of 7,000 sqm. With this new stage completed, the project comprises 3 blocks, with a height of 10 and 11 floors and 320 apartments for rent. The total investment in the project amounts to over EUR 20 million.
