An IT startup, oil company and law firm recently rented more than half of the space at the Landmark office building in Bucharest. The project, located in the city’s Piata Romana area is now 60 percent leased. Tenants will be moving in at the end of summer. Landmark is owned by Piraeus Bank,, which invested €55m in the project.
