The most expensive is a penthouse apartment with 450 sqm in Herastrau, a district in the northern capital. For €6,800, the equivalent of over 14 gross average wages in Romania, tenants get a luxury apartment with four rooms, with a Herastrau Park view.
Other examples include a 309 sqm unit with a 44 sqm terrace, fully furnished with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The apartment, located in Pipera, is on the market for €4,500 per month.
