The Hungarian government is planning to spend €25.8m to renovate the Buda Castle district by the end of this year. The district will undergo modernization in several phases, which was outlined by the Advisory Board. The Palace will continue to host cultural events, according to plan, in addition to official state functions. Parliament’s Hunter Hall is currently the largest space used for state functions in the capital.
