In an effort to keep up with an increase in passenger volumes, Budapest’s Ferenc Liszt International Airport is set to get a new terminal. The project is expected to cost €20m, with construction to take two years. A number of upgrades are also planned, including improvements to passenger security screenings, the baggage reclaim hall and self-service drop-off points. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion this summer.
