Budapest office prices among cheapest Europe

When it comes to office prices, Budapest is among the cheapest cities in Europe, according to a survey by CBRE, which tracks occupancy costs for prime office space in 133 markets around the globe. The top 50 most expensive cities include 19 cities in the Asia-Pacific, 19 in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle-East and Africa) and 12 in the Americas. Topping the list was Hong Kong, with an overall annual occupancy cost of $2,678.47/sqm. Hong Kong was followed by London, Tokyo and Beijing. In central Europe, Warsaw is considered the most expensive, followed by Prague, Vienna and then Budapest at $429.60/sqm.
