Erste Ingatlan Kft. is planning a thorough renovation of East-West Business Center, its landmark Budapest office building. The gardens and terraces behind the property will also be expanded. The company is hoping to secure BREEAM Very Good certification with the new property management system. “As one of the landmark office buildings of Budapest, East-West Business Center at Astoria, will provide perfect headquarters in a prime location for its new and existing tenants on 21,000 sqm after the renovation is completed,” said Judit Varga, director and head of the office agency at CBRE, the building’s exclusive leasing agent.
