Budapest warehouse market sees record take-up

Signaling the long-awaited recovery is finally underway, gross industrial take-up on the Budapest warehouse market reached 386,625 sqm last year, up 55 percent from 2013, according to JLL. This marks the highest it’s ever been. Net take-up, meanwhile, totaled 221,775 sqm, up 36 percent y-o-y, JLL writes in its Q4 2014 Budapest City Report.
