Buddy Roes has joined Logicor as Managing Director for Germany. Roes will report directly to Logicor CEO & President Mo Barzegar from Logicor’s Frankfurt office. He has 14 years of experience in European logistics experience in asset and fund management as well as acquisitions and disposals. Prior to joining Exeter Property Group in 2014 he spent the period 2002-2014 at Schroders Investment Management and ING Real Estate Investment Management where he was responsible for the acquisition and operation of €2.4bn of logistics real estate across eight European markets.. Buddy Rose holds a BA in Business Administration from the Fontys University Eindhoven, a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and is a Fellow of the RICS.
