Budimex Nieruchomości is poised to start construction on the third phase of its Pod Słońcem housing estate, underway on Batalionów Chłopskich street in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The third phase will include 124 apartments, ranging from 32 sqm to 110 sqm. Completion is set for the end of 2015. Work will begin as soon as the second phase is completed. The Warsaw-based Marbud-Inwest architecture studio designed the scheme.
