Budimex Nieruchomości has kicked off apartment sales for the second phase of its Mińska 69 project in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. Four small buildings in the Olympic section of the estate are set to go up in the second phase. The apartments will range in size from 36 sqm to 88 sqm and come with either a balcony, loggia, terrace or garden. The project offers underground and ground-level car parking, storage rooms as well as security and video surveillance.
