Budimex laid the foundation stone for the Alchemium complex for Łódź University of Technology. The first stage of the project will include the construction of a teaching and conference center. The complex will eventually include four buildings controlled by a building management system. The cost of the investment is PLN 57m. Construction started in January, with completion scheduled for September 2020.
