The Polish builder Budimex secured two new contract from Bouygues Immobilier Polska for the construction of the Arte Nova housing project, set to go up at Jana Kazimierza street in Warsaw. The total value for the orders is PLN 55.8m. The investment will be delivered in two stages, with 185 flats planned for the first phase which the investor expects to completed by August 2015. Construction on the 133 flats in the second phase is set to begin in May 2015, with completion currently scheduled for November 2016.
