Budimex Nieruchomości is planning to build a residential project next to Bagry Lake in Kraków. Nowa Myśliwska will offer 129 apartments on seven floors. The units will range in size from 25 sqm to 120 sqm. The investment will also include tennis courts, gyms as well as a fitness center. Completion is scheduled for August 2021. Apartments are set to be handed over in December 2021.
