Budizol Property has kicked off the modernization of an 8,500 sqm apartment building located on Smolna street in Warsaw’s city center. The building is being converted into class A office space. The investors secured financing for the project from Poland’s state-owned BGK bank before signing any tenants. Kulczyński Architekt designed the scheme. Budizol will oversee the construction. It expects to complete the renovation by the end of next year. JLL is the project’s exclusive leasing agent.
