Bühler Motor has signed a lease agreement for 1,300 sqm of space at the LiNK Hradec Kralove logistics park. The deal means that the first joint project between the developer Linkcity and the investment and asset manager Cromwell Property Group is now full. Bühler Motor is a producer of small and medium-sized electromotors and pumps for the automobile, aeronautics and healthcare industries. The new space is intended to support the company’s plans to expand production in Central Europe. Other tenants at the industrial park include Dachser and Gebruder Weiss.
