The Bülow Group will develop another large project on 10,850 sqm of land at the corner of Schockenriedstraße and Ruppmannstraße in the Germany city of Stuttgart. The sale of the plot was brokered by Lorenz, Näve & Collegen. When completed, the complex will include 13,700 sqm office building, a hotel with 180 rooms as well as a central parking garage providing spaces for 320 cars. Bülow will be responsible for leasing the office building.
