Building N1, part of the second phase of Coresi Business Park in Brasov, is currently fully leased. The 8,500 sqm building was completed in September. The rest of the project’s second phase will be completed in the summer of 2018, with the delivery of Building N2. The second phase of Coresi Business Park features three modern class A office buildings, totaling 25,000 sqm of space. Immochan Romania acquired Coresi Business Park in July.
